We offer two convenient ways to open your Health Savings Account. For HSA Checking, you can apply quickly and easily with our Online Electronic Application. For HSA Certificates of Deposit and the HSA Investment Account, or to mail in an HSA Checking application, simply print out the paper application, fill in all required information, and mail to the address indicated on the application.

No matter which application you choose, we recommend that you closely review all HSA account documentation to insure eligibility, and for guidance when completing the application.
