Can I set up Online Bill Pay to pay bills from my Savings or Money Market account?Open [+]
No. Federal Regulations prohibits savings and money market accounts from being used as "transaction" accounts. You can transfer funds from your savings and/or money market account to your checking account via Online Banking and when those funds are available, make payments from your checking account.
Can I have more than one funding account?Open [+]
Yes, but you must be careful to select the correct account for every bill payment. One account must be designated the "primary" or default account.
How quickly will my payments be made to my payees? Open [+]
It depends on the capabilities of your payee to accept electronic payments:
- Electronic Payees - allow at least THREE business days prior to the payment due date.
- Check Payees - allow at least FIVE business days prior to the payment due date.
- Expedited Payments - the payment will be made same-day if the payee is an Electronic Payee or overnight check (via Fedex) if the payee is a Check Payee. There is a $14.99 fee for Expedited Payments.
When will the payment be deducted from my account?Open [+]
Your payment will be deducted from your account on the payment's "Scheduled Date."
What are e-bills?Open [+]
An e-bill is an electronic presentation of statements, bills, invoices and related information sent by a company to its customers, and corresponding to payment for goods or services. If the payee offers this service, you may be prompted to establish an e-bill. This eliminates mailed statements from the payee and is usually an optional service.
How do I activate e-bills?Open [+]
There are two ways to activate an e-bill:
- Request to receive an e-bill during initial payee set-up. Learn How

Can I put a stop payment on a bill payment?Open [+]
No, since bill pay checks are drawn on our service provider’s bank, a stop payment cannot be made for a bill pay check. If the payment was processed Electronically (ACH) then you will need to contact that vendor to either issue a check back to you or consider it an additional credit.
