2012 HSA Tax Reporting Information
American Chartered Bank will provide 2012 HSA tax forms covering account activity for the period of January 1, 2012 through July 13, 2012. SelectAccount will produce and mail separate HSA tax forms for all account activity following the transfer of HSA accounts to SelectAccount on July 14, 2012. Due to this reporting split you may receive multiple HSA tax forms for the 2012 tax year.

Important information regarding the July 2012 transfer of Health Savings Accounts to SelectAccount®.
On June 1st, 2012 American Chartered Bank announced the sale of its Health Savings Account business to SelectAccount®. The final transfer of all existing American Chartered Bank HSA accounts to SelectAccount was completed on July 14th, 2012*.
