American Chartered Bank can handle all your remittance needs with our Lockbox Processing System. The system is capable of handling both wholesale and retail lockbox payments in a one-pass, common platform environment.

Along with standard remittance processing, through our Lockbox Processing System you are able to access information via the Internet on the same day your lockbox is processed. This is a very timely, efficient, and convenient method for accessing critical account receivable information. We’re also able to capture account receivable (A/R) posting information, such as invoice number and/or customer number through a process called Deferred Data Entry. As with Retail Lockbox, we can send this information to you through e-mail in a file format compatible with your A/R system. If you’re unable to process an electronic file, we can create a paylist, which is a report identifying the remittance information that you define. This report is then faxed or e-mailed on a daily basis.

Our system also captures images of checks and coupons to an indexed CD-ROM, putting research information at your fingertips. Along with improving customer service by minimizing research time frames, the CD-ROM frees up valuable physical storage space.
