Remote Deposit

Remote Deposit lets you make deposits from your office.

Remote Deposit takes advantage of image-based technology allowing you to electronically clear and settle deposits without leaving the office. You will be able to utilize this system to capture images of checks that you would otherwise be depositing at American Chartered either in person, through the mail, at an ATM or via Deposit Pick-up.

To capture check images, you can either use a check scanner supplied by the bank or utilize a qualified flat bed scanner. After logging into our secure web portal via the internet, checks are scanned through the device, capturing an electronic image of the front and back of each check in the deposit.

When all check images are captured, an electronic deposit is created and transmitted to the Bank for processing.
